Find the hazard. Lock it out. Log it right. Then bring your EMS up to ISO 14001:2026.Keep people safe. Keep the site compliant. Be the one the plant counts on for both.AI can write a lockout procedure in seconds. Be the one who can prove it holds.
Learn to spot the hazard, pick the right control and keep the records an inspector asks to see, then bring your EMS up to ISO 14001:2026. Coach Q works through each step with you on your own site's facts.
For EHS staff, supervisors and environmental managers.

Sound familiar?
If you keep a site safe and compliant, you've heard these.
The e-stop is good enough. I'll be thirty seconds.
An e-stop stops a machine. Only a lock on an isolation point holds it stopped. EHS Fundamentals has you map every energy source on a real job, from hydraulic to stored mechanical, then lock, tag and verify zero energy before anyone reaches in.
The rinse water goes down the floor drain. Always has.
Rain goes to the storm drain. Everything else has a permit, a pipe or a manifest. EHS Fundamentals walks hazardous waste, air permits, stormwater and oil storage, so you know where every stream is allowed to go and who to call when a spill heads for a drain.
Is it first aid, or does it go on the 300 log?
Call a recordable case first aid and it drops off the log, and your injury rate looks better than it is. EHS Fundamentals walks the recording criteria in 29 CFR 1904.7, the reporting clocks and the 300A summary a company executive certifies.
Purchasing switched the solvent. Nobody told EHS.
A cheaper chemical can put you in a different air permit category. Clause 6.3, new in ISO 14001:2026, is about planning changes like that. ISO 14001:2026 Transition has you prepare a one-page change process: triggers, a named reviewer and a change log.
What it does for you
Become the one they call when OSHA is in the lobby.
Calm in the first ten minutes
You'll know how an inspection runs, the records they'll ask to see and which reporting clock you're on. That's the person a plant manager wants on shift.
A case leadership can act on
You'll rank hazards by harm and citation risk and put a real cost on an injury. That turns a safety concern into a decision with an owner, a date and a measure.
Something real to point at
A certificate anyone can verify, plus the job hazard analysis, lockout procedure and aspects register you built. No course can promise you more pay. This gives you proof to put on the table when you ask.
No course can promise you a raise or a title. What you'll have is the skill, the work to show for it and a certificate anyone can verify. That's what those conversations run on.
Why it matters
Half of OSHA's most cited rules are the ones your floor runs on.
General industry standards hold 5 of 10 spots on federal OSHA's preliminary most-cited list for fiscal year 2026, through August 31: hazard communication, lockout/tagout, respiratory protection, powered industrial trucks and machine guarding.
Source: OSHA, Top 10 Most Frequently Cited Standards, fiscal year 2026 (preliminary)
Every one of those rules lives on an ordinary shift: a solvent drum with no label, a machine serviced with the e-stop pushed in, a respirator nobody fit-tested. When someone does get hurt, the clocks start. A fatality is an 8-hour report to OSHA. An in-patient hospitalization, amputation or lost eye is 24.
The environmental side runs under several laws at once, from hazardous waste to air permits and stormwater. And ISO 14001:2026, published April 15, 2026, means every certified site has a transition to make. The person who can hold safety and environment in one system is the one a plant leans on.
The full path
Start on the floor. Then bring your EMS to 2026.
Start with EHS Fundamentals, the hazards, programs, records and environmental rules a site runs on, then bring your EMS to the new edition in ISO 14001:2026 Transition. Each course stands alone, so start where your site needs it.
-
Step 1 · Find the hazard, keep the records
EHS Fundamentals
OSHA, Cal/OSHA, EPA and DOT rules worked on real aerospace and manufacturing jobs: hazard analysis, lockout/tagout, confined spaces, HazCom, respirators, hazardous waste, the 300 log and incident investigation. Ends with a 50-question final exam.
You walk out with a job hazard analysis, a LOTO energy map, a risk rating that drives action and an EHS program roadmap with owners and dates.

Step 2 · Bring your EMS to 2026
ISO 14001:2026 Transition
The changes that drive the work: new clause 6.3 on planning changes, climate in 4.1, the planning clauses in 6.1, externally provided processes, audit objectives and management review. Ends with a 30-question exam.
You walk out with your gaps scored, a one-page change process, controls for the providers that matter and a dated transition timeline.

Not like training used to be
Short, hands-on, built around you. And the coach stays.
Training used to mean days in a classroom or hours of video. Here are real screens from this path: short sessions where you make the call, a plan that fits your week, and an expert in your pocket in every course.
Coach Q · from EHS Fundamentals
Not on the OSHA 300 log. The log is for work-related injuries and illnesses that meet the recording criteria in 29 CFR 1904.7, and nobody was hurt.
It is a near miss, though, and near misses are free warnings. Get the oil cleaned up now, write it up, and find out why it was there: a leaking machine, a missing drip pan, a cleanup nobody owns. Then fix that cause. If the same slip had put someone in the hospital as an in-patient, it would be a 24-hour report to OSHA under 1904.39.
Want me to prepare a one-page near-miss report and a 5-Why for the leak?
Coaching, not decisions. On safety, a qualified person on site makes the call. Comes with every course, no renewal fee.

Study plan · Your personal trainer
Tell it your goal date. It builds sessions around your week and shows each day whether you're on plan, so the course actually gets finished.

Focus timer · 25 minutes, no tab-hopping
One click starts a focused session, and it follows you from lesson to lesson. Short sessions are how busy people finish.

Apply at work · Proof your boss can see
Log what you tried, what happened and how you know. Record your manager's sign-off with their name and date, and export the log for your performance review.
Built around you
Give the study plan your goal date and it sizes each session to your week. Coach Q works on the facts you bring from your own job, so the examples are yours, not a textbook's.
Hands-on, not hours of video
Lessons are built around calls you make: read the record, sort the evidence, catch the mistake. Checks and labs score you on the spot, and your first win comes in the first few minutes of lesson 1.
Stays with you. Stays current.
Coach Q doesn't leave when you finish. It comes with your course, no subscription and no renewal fee, so it's there for the next inspection, and the next solvent swap. When the rules behind this course change, we update the lessons and the coach's setup, and we move the coach to newer AI models as we test them.
What you walk out with
Working documents for your own company, not notes.
In Course Hub you pick a template and give Coach Q your facts. It drafts a first version. You edit it, and it's yours to keep and use.

Straight answers.
Do I have to take them all?
No. Each course stands on its own, with its own certificate, and lesson 1 is free on each one. The path is the order we'd take them in.
Is this an OSHA card or a certification?
No. Each course ends with a QMS Learning certificate anyone can verify at academy.qmslearning.com/verify. It isn't an OSHA card, a professional safety credential or an accredited certification, and it doesn't certify your site's management system.
Does it cover California rules?
Yes. EHS Fundamentals has a lesson on Cal/OSHA, and lessons like lockout, confined spaces and HazCom give the California rule next to the federal one. The waste lessons cover DTSC as well as EPA.
Can forklift training be done fully online?
No. OSHA requires each operator's performance to be evaluated in the workplace, and the employer certifies that each operator was trained and evaluated. Our forklift course is on the way: the classroom part online, plus a kit for the hands-on evaluation at your site.
Does Coach Q make the safety call?
No. It's set up for each course's subject and works on your own site's facts. It points you to the rule, the record and the next step, and marks what's missing. A qualified person on your site makes the call.
Training a team?
Open any course on the path and pick how many people before you check out. Five or more people get 10% off every seat, applied at checkout. Each person gets their own login, private coach, study plan and certificate. More than 50 people, or need an invoice instead? Email will@qmslearning.com for a quote.
How long do I keep access?
The lessons are yours for life, and Coach Q comes with your course and stays with you after you finish. There's no subscription or renewal fee.
Does the course keep up when the rules change?
Yes, for the edition it teaches. When the rules or guidance behind this course change, we update the lessons and the coach's setup, and you get the update at no extra charge. When a new edition replaces the standard, we point you to the transition training. Your conversations with Coach Q aren't used to train AI models.
